A reason for construction of vault room is a number of valuables that should be protected.
The modular construction is composed of standardized units thatcan be easily and flexibly arranged on a construction site. Modular vault rooms have numerous advantages compared to mass construction.

 

 

European norms-security grades

In the fast few years safety and technical aspects have been constantly improved.

Therefore the global European control and certification regulations have been introduced - Standard EN-1143-1 and this simplified a standard procedure for customers and merchants. The standard classifies anti burglary ratings according to anti burglary value expressed in resistant units (RU).

MODULPRIM systems are offered in different security grades, so customers can select optimum solution for their requirements/needs.


Certification - attested quality

Standard EN 1143-1 defines in details very strict testing procedures. BK had MODULPRIM system tested in a testing lab Verband der Schadenversicherer in Köln (Germany) and obtained corresponding certificates. MODULPRIM system has a VdS label that certifies quality, attest and monitored manufacturing of our product.


Modular construction - advantages

1. Floor and ceilings components

  • Maximum length of component with load 100 kg/m2 or 300 kg/m2 see a table of certified models.
  • Extra length possible with additional joists and buttresses.

2. Vault doors

  • Standard construction.
  • Different types of locks.
  • Optional day grille or glass door.

3. Construction of components

  • One wall.
  • Filling - special reinforced plates.
  • Sheet metal housing.
  • Under construction for simple assembly of inner covering.

4. Inner covering

  • Inner covering of components is made of metal and painted by primary color.
  • Floor coverings can be sticked.
  • Wall coverings by own choice (plaster plate, wood or metal lamellas) are fixed on prepared profiles.
  • Ceiling coverings or hanging ceilings are fixed on prepared profiles.

5. Ventilation system

  • Ventilation - in a form of certified system with opening 250×60 mm - is built into the wall and the ventilation box is inside.
  • It is possible to connect ventilation form outside (ventilator, ventilation system).

6. Airing

  • There is a certified system for airing with openings - R = aprox. 150 cm2 in the panel up-and down integrated into walls.
  • Airing system is determined according to vault room size.

7. Cables

  • All components have two cable openings with inner diameter 20 mm.
  • Openings are primary intended for simple cables assembly.

8. Outer coverings

  • Coverings are made of plaster and paper -board plates, wood, metal lamellas.
  • Existing walls do not have outer coverings.

Anti burglary alarm system

  • All preparation are provided for the installation of certified alarm system
